Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider therefore I do not accept insurance. However, I encourage all of my clients to reach out to their insurance providers to inquire if they will reimburse for mental health counseling. If they do, please let me know and I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can provide to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend that all clients call their insurance provider and ask the following questions:
Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health services?
What is my annual deductible for mental health benefits?
What percentage does my plan cover?
Is there a limit on the number of sessions my plan will cover per year?
How do I submit my Superbills?

I offer a limited amount of sliding scale spots. Please inquire about being placed on my waitlist.

I charge clients through the SimplePractice client portal using Stripe. Any credit/debit card will be accepted as well as most HSA and FSA cards.

What is your education and certification?
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in 2018. I also received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University in 2020. I have served as a High School Counselor at Eastside Academy, a school in Bellevue, Washington for at-risk youth, worked as a counselor at a boutique private group practice in Kirkland, Washington and worked as an assistant softball coach at Northwest University.

How / Where do we meet?
My in-person office is located in Kirkland, Washington. I am certified to provide counseling services to anyone residing in Washington State. So whether you live in Spokane, Monroe, Seattle, or anywhere in between, we are also able to meet virtually via Telehealth from the comfort of your own home.
