Has life left you disappointed? My desire is to empower you to live the present and content life you dream of. I employ a warm, empathetic, & holistic approach with my clients. My counseling methods include Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR Therapy in order to equip you to live a life that aligns with your values & compassionately heal wounds caused by trauma. I want to help you feel equipped to bravely face life's inevitable disappointments. My general practice areas include working with women, teens, and couples. I specialize in relationship issues, women's issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and PTSD.

My own experience of motherhood, faith, heartbreak, and athletics have informed the holistic approach that I take in therapy. We will work together to discover how you can best pay compassionate attention to your experience and collaborate to create a plan to help you move through the challenges you are experiencing and find peace.

When I am not counseling, I enjoy cooking new recipes with my husband, chasing my kids around, hanging at any beach I can find, getting boba with friends, and going on very short runs.
